  • Sales and marketing with customer over phone, send product list to customer and check and return emails.
  • Search new customer when necessary and register them.
  • Relationship development by telesales with existing customer
  • Monthly sales target achieve and able to fulfill responsibilities
  • To maintain good contact with the customers.
  • Provide customers support & Solve query.

    Minimum HSC/ BBA/ BBS/ BA/ B.Sc

Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Supervision/Management

  • Age At least 22 year(s)
  • Must have CAN DO attitude.
  • Advance Computer knowledge. (MS Office, Internet browsing and Searching)
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A polite and friendly manner (being rude never gets you anywhere).
  • Lots of initiative.
  • A positive attitude.
  • The ability to think on your feet.
